Kaitland Kubat

Kaitland Kubat is Executive Director at The Copyright Society of the USA, a nonprofit organization founded in 1953 to advance the study and understanding of copyright law and its role in fostering creativity and the arts, copyright industries, and the use and distribution of copyrighted materials through traditional and new media. Prior to joining the Society, Kaitland worked for ten years as a graphic designer and brand manager, both in-house and while running her boutique design firm, Designko. She is a 2008 graduate of Fordham University with a B.A. cum laude in Visual Arts with a concentration in graphic design and typography, and also studied web design at the School of Visual Arts in New York. A native to New York’s Adirondack Mountains, in her spare time, Kaitland enjoys hiking, skiing and photography.
